Resort Design

Project/Site management of the initial construction of beachfront villas (projected total 450 villas on site) on a unique World Heritage listed site beneath the adjacent Pitons landscape.

Ian Traill Architect was engaged onsite to consult with local authorities, consultants and builders to manage the construction of 12 ground breaking beachfront villas (total of 450 villas onsite) plus developing conceptual designs of the Hotel Hotel and Spa with Six Senses

The Project maintained social responsibility and sustainability by working with a Caribbean Construction Group and engaging local artisans and labour force.

Creating a fun, interactive place for guests to holiday and relax within a pristine World Heritage environment with magical views over the Caribbean Sea
