Original 80’s House by Vic Lake Architect extensively reimagined internally and externally by Ian Traill Architects.

Improvements include:
-new joinery throughout
-new bathroom fixtures/fittings
-removal of non sustainable skylights and revamp ceilings
-new palette of joinery materiality and internal/external paint schemes
-reorganise lower stairs to add Bar and fridges
-additional outdoor entertaining area and Studio with complementary roof aesthetic and loft
-connection of upper level bedrooms to access outdoor entertaining area with increased sitting areas
-outdoor kitchen area added
-new outdoor bath added
-a/c added
-sandstone cladding of fireplace and addition of surrounding bookshelves
-reorganise master bedroom layout to water views and add library
-increased accommodation totalling 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms
