Engage with 23 individual apartment owners to provide funds to develop a unique undercapitalised venue to maintain the previous planning advantages of maximum apartments

Replan the exterior spaces to focus apartment views to the beach

Construct extra external space by covering a large site void to the existing car park below and using the new area for swimming pool deck and outdoor entertainment area for guests.

Create central pedestrian access to the complex to enhance security and direct access off the beach

Create a resort style outdoor entertaining BBQ area for guests with new resort swimming pool overlooking the beach amongst new landscaping
